This is my first post and I am about to start my first experiment with henna.

I have read through many articles on the hennaforhair website and today bought some Rainbow henna from a local health store. What confuses me is that the instructions on the package are so different from what I've been reading.

Update: I don't know for certain if it worked. I used it over auburn-coloured naturally light brown hair. I think my hair is now a more intense looking auburn with goldenish glow but I may be imagining... But it is soft and shiny. And in any case, I lost my fear of henna and am ready to continue these experiments several months later. Or if it fades...
